What export documents come with a BAIC?

For every BAIC pickup or off-road vehicle we export, the standard documentation package is included at no extra cost. This covers the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and the original certificate of origin (China). We also provide the China customs export declaration and, for used units, a copy of the vehicle registration cancellation proof.

If you need additional paperwork for your destination country—such as a power of attorney for customs clearance, a notarized sales contract, or a pre-shipment inspection certificate—we can arrange that on request. For new BAIC models, the manufacturer's warranty book and English owner's manual are also supplied.
