What export documents come with a Toyota Hilux?

Toyota Hilux export documents include the original title, bill of lading, commercial invoice, and a clean customs clearance certificate.

Every Toyota Hilux we export from China ships with the original vehicle title, a commercial invoice, a packing list, and a bill of lading. For used units, we also provide a pre-export inspection report and a certificate of origin. New Hilux models include the manufacturer's certificate of conformity.

All documents are prepared for your destination port (e.g., Mombasa, Lagos, Dar es Salaam, Jebel Ali) and comply with Chinese export customs. We handle the export declaration and provide you with a tracking number once the vessel departs. For RHD or LHD configurations, the title reflects the exact chassis and engine numbers.
