What export documentation do you provide?

We provide standard export documentation with every order: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (or RoRo booking confirmation), and certificate of origin. Where a destination market has specific compliance requirements — such as age-limit certification — we identify and prepare that paperwork as part of the order process. Confirm your destination's specific requirements on the relevant destination page or by messaging us directly.

Should I ship by container or RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off)?

RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) is generally the lower-cost option per vehicle and is well suited to standard shipments with nothing extra loaded inside. Container shipping costs more per unit but offers better protection from weather and handling damage, and lets you ship spare parts, accessories or multiple smaller items alongside the vehicle. Our landed-cost calculator lets you toggle between the two shipping modes to compare total cost directly.

How long does the export process take from order to arrival?

Timelines vary by vehicle (in-stock used units vs. factory-order new units) and destination port, but as a general guide: sourcing and export documentation typically takes a few weeks, and ocean freight adds roughly 3–6 weeks depending on the destination port and shipping mode. Message us with your specific vehicle and destination and we will give you a concrete timeline estimate.
